Rosemary Arp (Rosmarinus officinalis Arp) is a highly resilient shrub that can withstand cold weather. With an upright growth pattern and beautiful light blue flowers in the spring, this plant was released by the National Arboretum. It is drought resistant and can tolerate dry conditions. Grows up to 36" tall and 36" wide.
