Live Plant Guarantee & Policy
We want your plants to arrive happy and healthy. Because we ship living plants, this policy is a little different from standard retail — please read it before ordering.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee your plants arrive alive and in good condition. If something isn't right when your order shows up, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If there's a problem, here's what to do
Inspect your plants as soon as they arrive. If any plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, email us at info@findlavender.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant(s) and the packaging
Photos are required so we can resolve your claim quickly and report any shipping damage to the carrier. Claims made after 48 hours, or without photos, can't be guaranteed.
Plant care after arrival
As soon as your plants arrive, take them out of the box and water them right away. Our guarantee covers the condition of your plants on arrival — once a healthy plant has been delivered, its ongoing care is in your hands, and we can't guarantee against issues caused by watering, light, transplanting, pests, or weather after it reaches you. For best results on watering, planting, pruning, and seasonal care, see our lavender growing tips and FAQ: findlavender.com/pages/faq.
Weather & shipping
We ship Priority Mail, and most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Extreme heat or cold can stress or damage plants in transit, so during severe weather we may hold your order a few days to ship safely. We're not responsible for damage caused by weather delays, packages left outside, or incorrect/undeliverable addresses, so please make sure someone can bring your plants indoors promptly after delivery.
Returns
Due to the living, perishable nature of our products, plants are non-returnable. Please don't ship plants back to us. If there's a qualifying issue, we'll resolve it with a refund or replacement — no return needed.
