Become a Wholesale Customer

We sell lavender plants, dried lavender and our lavender body care to garden centers, gift shops, farms and other businesses. If you'd like to carry our products, here's how it works.

What you need to apply

Email info@findlavender.com with:

Your legal business name, and any trade name you use
Your name as the main contact, plus phone number and email address
Business address, and the shipping or delivery address if it's different
A copy of your reseller permit or resale certificate (in Washington, your reseller permit)
What kind of business you have, and a website or social page if you have one
Whether you'd like orders shipped or delivered

We'll review it, usually within a few business days, and set up your account. Once you're approved, log in with that email and you'll see your wholesale pricing.

How ordering works

Log in and use our wholesale order form to order everything on one page.
Your wholesale pricing is applied automatically at checkout.
$500 order minimum.
Live plants are sold by the full flat: 18 plants in 4" pots, or 6 plants in 2.5-quart pots.
Pre-orders: plants marked "Est. ready" on the order form can be ordered ahead. Pick a ship or delivery date on or after the ready date in the cart.
Add your PO number in the cart if you use one. It will appear on your order.

Payment

All orders are paid in full when you place them, whether they're shipped or delivered. Orders don't ship or go out for delivery until they're paid in full.
Net 30 accounts: if you've been approved for Net 30 terms, check "Bill my account (Net 30)" in your cart and submit your order. We'll email your invoice, due 30 days from the invoice date.
Large scheduled orders: for orders over $2,000 that ship or deliver 4 or more months out, we ask for a 20% deposit when you order. We'll invoice the balance when your order is ready, and it ships once paid. Choose your date in the cart and we'll email your deposit invoice.

Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Wholesale orders of $500 or more ship free.
We pack and ship every order ourselves from Sequim, Washington.
Live plants ship all year except from mid-December to mid-January, when it's too cold for plants to travel safely.

Local delivery

We deliver locally on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please give us at least one week's notice. You can pick your delivery date in the cart.
Local delivery is free on orders of $500 or more.
Not sure if you're in our delivery area? Email us and we'll let you know.

If there's a problem

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us with photos within 3 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
