Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders placed by [2:00 PM Pacific] Monday–Friday ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged shipping based on your order and location, calculated at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Some states restrict shipments of live plants; if your state does, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund for any plant items we can’t send.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier and your address.

Live plants
Our lavender plants are carefully packed to arrive healthy. To keep them from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, plant orders may be held to ship early in the week (Monday–Wednesday). Please open your package and water your plants as soon as they arrive. Plant appearance can vary by season.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery at info@findlavender.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and contact us within 7 days.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we’ll do our best to help.
