Sequim Sea Salt is made the old way: seawater and sunshine, nothing else. It is minimally processed and left naturally damp to keep the ocean's minerals, giving it a clean, bright, briny flavor that finishes a dish better than ordinary table salt. Made a few miles from our lavender fields on the Olympic Peninsula.
